What exactly do I do as a contested probate lawyer -- or, in legal jargon, a probate litigator? In a nutshell, I help families, individuals and companies throughout southeast Michigan -- and most often in the metro-Detroit area (but not always) -- with any disputed or contested probate-related matter, which often extends well beyond probate court. In essence, my clients include anyone dealing with legal issues directly or indirectly effecting seniors, family members of seniors, and those professionals and companies who work primarily with seniors and their families.
This can cover quite a broad area of the legal spectrum. As an experienced attorney specializing in probate litigation, but handling select other legal matters as well, I consider myself to be all of the following:
